Celebrating Success SIA 1st place winner, 2018-19
SI/Boca Raton/Deerfield used a number of recruitment tips from SIAHQ, in particular creating a flexible club environment that allows members to engage in the club the way that works best for them, with a focus on opportunities to participate in the Dream Programs. They appointed their club’s youngest member to the role of Social Chair and the club now offers a number of social activities outside of club meetings and volunteer work to build true fellowship among the members, enhancing the relationships in the club and the value of belonging. As a result, during the 2017-2018 club year, SI Boca Raton/ Deerfield increased their membership by 20 members, from 27 at the beginning of the year to 47 at the end!
