Region Membership Report

TIME FOR NUMBERS…

Starting in June 2018 SNR had 54 clubs and 1462 members. We chartered 2 clubs (Pinenut Valleys and South Yuba) and 1 (Yerington) disbanded. Through April 2020 we have 55 clubs and 1495 members.

2018-2019 Diamond Campaign Year 1

SNR had 13 clubs who met or exceed all 3 goals: Greater Las Vegas, Fallon. Hawthorne, Tahoe Sierra, The Comstock, Fernley, Chico, Bidwell Rancho, Truckee Donner, Loomis Basin, Roseville, South Place and Lincoln. In the awards drawing for this achievement, Tahoe Sierra and Loomis Basin each received $500.00 for their Dream Programs.

2019-2020 Diamond Campaign Year 2

I only have stats through April and only for the number of members. The campaign runs through June 30.

  • 19 clubs are exceeding their goal: Pahrump Valley, Las Vegas Valley, Tahoe Sierra, Quincy, Susanville, Placerville, Cameron Park & El Dorado Hills, Rancho Cordova & Gold River, Sutter Yuba, Davis, Sacramento, Woodland, Winters, Chico, Red Bluff, Bidwell Rancho, Truckee Donner, Auburn and Marysville-Yuba City. Woodland tops the list, exceeding their goal by 10 members.
  • 5 clubs are even with the goal set by SIA: Reno, Folsom El Dorado Hills, Pinenut Valleys, Greater Davis, and American River.
  • 2 additional clubs in Henderson NV and Oroville CA were hoping to charter before the end of the year but COVID-19 has interfered and it’s not going to happen by the end of this biennium.

Overall I feel we are a healthy region in membership and are up to dealing with the additional challenges being given by COVID-19.
