Some guidelines for your club email: Keep your email address short. It will already be long enough as it must end in @soroptimistsnr.org. The name must have something to do with your club name i.e. pahrumpvalley@soroptimistsnr.org or metrolasvegas@soroptimistsnr.org. Don't use personal names either as an email address or a password. Remember this gets passed onto the next administrator (or secretary). I have to set up the email, so yes I need to know the password. Try to give this responsibilty to someone in your club that is more technologically inclined if possible.
